2 Corinthians 9:8
“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.”
You do not have to be rich to be generous!
“So that you may abound in every good work.” How are you using the abundance that God has given you? Are you using it for “every good work”? That’s the reason God gave it to you.
God doesn’t give us financial blessings, large or small, just for our own benefit. Everything we have belongs to him and he wants us to use it for his purposes. Every financial and material blessing in your life is an expression of God’s grace to you, blessing you with the ability to use it for something that will make a spiritual impact in this world.
Have you ever thought of using some of that blessing that God has given you for buying a couple of coffees, going to the local park, and offering a stranger a cup and then sitting down to chat? Maybe not about God, but just about life. Then see where God takes it. I know someone who did that and ended up having a powerful spiritual impact on that person’s life.

How can you use what you God has blessed you with to be a blessing to others? What do you expect God to give you? Are you showing the same generosity to others?
